PadelTracker is a mobile application designed to help users track padel matches from their smartwatch (Apple Watch and WearOS devices). The App provides features including:

PadelTracker offers both free and premium subscription options:
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by the respective app store's terms.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App (match data, profile information, etc.). By using cloud sync features, you grant us permission to store and process this data to provide the service.

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without our express written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
